ESG and ‘impact investing’ are central to corporate behaviour. We work closely with clients on their ESG agenda. We hire Heads of ESG and Sustainability as well as identifying broader talent with an ESG mindset. We also hire into relevant sector specialisms including Social Housing.
Efforts to decrease our own environmental impact at BETA Search include becoming paperless, banning single-use plastics and reduction of waste.

Meet The Team
Deborah Felix has spent 15 years in executive search focused on the Real Estate sector. Diversity has been a passion and key focus for all search work.
She has worked with a breadth of real estate investors to build and retain top talent across Europe. She values long term relationships with sector leading clients. Clients vary from global institutional players to start-ups.
Before she founded BETA Search, Deborah was the Practice leader for Real Estate at a global search firm and previously worked at Russell Reynolds Associates. She started her career as a management consultant at Mercer Management Consulting (later Oliver Wyman).
Deborah read Land Economy and Management Studies at Cambridge University.
She is on the Board of Nominations for Nightingale Hammerson.
She is a mentor at the Cambridge Land Institute.
She is qualified to conduct the Hogan personality and leadership assessment.
